Introduction: On June 20, 2025, the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center High-Quality Cultural and Tourism Development Conference 2025 was held at Beijing International Wealth Center. Co-hosted by the CPC Tongzhou District Committee, Tongzhou District People's Government, and China Tourism News, it adopted the theme "Ancient Charm Illuminating Tongzhou, New Heights of Cultural Tourism." Upholding Beijing's high-quality development path, the event integrated all-region, all-season, and all-time concepts while deepening the "Culture-Tourism Plus Industries" model, aiming to inject core momentum for establishing the Municipal Administrative Center as a world-class tourism destination and advancing high-quality cultural-tourism development. During the conference, the Cultural-Tourism Development Vision Plan was released; integrated cultural-commerce-tourism-sports-agriculture policy packages were introduced; and first-batch pro-business policy deliverables were announced to stimulate the cultural-tourism market with tangible benefits. The event showcased five key projects: Municipal Administrative Center regenerated park spaces, Universal Beijing Resort, "Wanli" cultural zone, Beijing Investment Group Taihu Cultural Performance Industrial Park, and YeePay cultural-tourism transaction platform. It also presented phased achievements of the "Tongzhou on the Canal" cultural-commerce-tourism-sports-agriculture industrial alliance, premium tourist routes, and an AIGC promotional film, comprehensively demonstrating the Center's experience and accomplishments in high-quality cultural-tourism development.
