In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and solidly promote the study on Party's history, Comrade Sun Yao, Secretary and Director of the Leading Party Members Group of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, led the leadership team members on a theme party day activity at the "Red Building," once the main campus of Peking University, and visited the "Brilliant Cause & Red Preface — The Theme Exhibition of the Red Building of Peking University and the Early Revolutionary Activities of the Communist Party Of China in Beijing".

The Red Building has a special status in the history of the founding of the CPC and is an important red resource for Party history learning and education for it is the center of the New Culture Movement, the origin of the May Fourth Movement, the main front of the early spread of Marxism in China, and a key locus for Chen Duxiu, Li Dazhao, Mao Zedong, and other founders of the CPC to carry out relevant activities in the early stage. They visited the thematic showroom of Cai Yuanpei, the thematic showroom of Chen Duxiu, the Li Dazhao's office in the library, the reading room where Mao Zedong worked, the large classroom for students, as well as the exhibition hall of the New Culture Movement and the exhibition hall of the early spread of Marxism in China. Facing the precious historical relics and exhibits, everyone stopped and looked fixedly, as if they were back in those turbulent years when a group of progressive intellectuals was thinking hard about the way to save the country and the people at the time when China and the nation are in peril, and they devoted themselves to it. Everyone is impressed by their patriotism and heroism.

They expressed that they should take the revolutionary pioneers as examples, act with greater resolve in staying true to the CPC’s founding mission, and firmly believe in Marxism. Giving full play to the pioneering role of Party members, they will try their best to do the investment promotion work focusing on business and investment attraction in the construction of the "Two Zones", and constantly improve the level of service for investors and enterprises, and strive to make new contributions to the high-quality development of Beijing's economy.
