In order to facilitate the deep and effective learning and education of the Party's history, and further guide and spur employees of foreign-funded enterprises to draw wisdom and strength from the Party's century-long struggle, Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises organized the Online Q&A Event of "Always Follow the Party" Party's History Knowledge Competition among the member enterprises in July and August 2021.

As an important part of the member enterprises' efforts to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party and learn and educate its history, the event was designed to popularize the knowledge about the Party's history, create an atmosphere for learning and competing, and develop a platform for employees at foreign-funded enterprises to learn about the Party's arduous struggle, history, principles and policies. The event included two stages: trial and official competition. Participants were required to answer 100 questions online in 60 minutes. The bank consisted of carefully selected 300 questions concerning important meetings, events, figures and remarks in the 100-year history of the Party. By systematically showing the successful path the Party has pursued, the inspiring spirit it has fostered, and the fruitful achievements it has made, the question bank offered convenience for employees to study the topics repeatedly and grasp the key content accurately. During the event, the trade unions of enterprises organized meticulously, and their employees participated actively. The official competition attracted 7,607 employees from 62 enterprises, such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc., Siemens Factory Automation Engineering Ltd., Schneider Electric, Wacoal, Mars Food, Pizza Hut, SCITECH Group and ABB (China),of whom 1,072 won the prizes. The event has met the expectation of promoting learning through competition and inspiring workers' love of the Party and the country.

The competition has set a new trend of resolutely following the Party and celebrating its centenary with high spirits. Next, the federation will continuously carry out rich activities of Party's history learning and education in a variety of forms to encourage the employees of foreign-funded enterprises to work with a high sense of responsibility and the strength drawn from the Party's history.
