Xu Zongjun,deputy director,led a team to visit and research Beijing Research Institute of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.

On July 25,in accordance with the directive spirit of the municipal leadership and in order to implement the system of enterprise service stewardship,Xu Zongjun,deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center,led a team to visit and research the Beijing Research Institute of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.,and looked around the exhibition of Huawei's achievements,and held a discussion with Chen Jie,deputy director of the Beijing Research Institute of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd..The Service Housekeeper of the Industrial Promotion Department accompanied the visit.  

Vice Director Chen Jie introduced the basic situation and brilliant achievements of the Beijing Research Institute of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.,and expressed appreciation to our center for its efficient,pragmatic and active work enthusiasm.Vice Director Chen Jie put forward two hopes:one is to actively participate in the construction of Beijing's smart city and digital government,to promote the development of Huawei while serving the informatization of the capital;the other to establish a long-term mechanism for staffs to handle residence permits and residence registration in Beijing.Xu Zongjun,deputy director,introduced the functions of our center and the measures to implement the working mechanism of serving housekeepers in key municipal enterprises.He said that first is to create opportunities to support the Beijing Research Institute of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.to actively participate in the city's information construction,according to the specific needs of the Beijing Research Institute of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.,they will communicate with the Economic and Bureau and strictly participate in bidding and bidding in a market-oriented manner.Second,the Beijing Research Institute of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.formulates plans of the introduction of talents for short term,medium term and long term,respectively,and formulates structural plans for the use of talents firstly,followed by communication with the Municipal Bureau of Talents and the Municipal Bureau of Social Affairs.After that the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center would play the role of service steward and actively coordinate and do well in services.
