According to thematic education plan of"Not forgetting the initial heart and keeping in mind the mission",on the afternoon of July 9,Comrade Zhou Xu,Secretary and Director of the Party Group of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center,delivered a special Party lecture entitled"Not forgetting the initial heart and keeping in mind the mission,and be a qualified Communist Party member in the new era"for all members of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center and its directly affiliated institutions.All members of the leading group of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center participated in the Party lecture.  

Comrade Zhou Xu,combining his personal study,investigation and research with the actual work of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center,through the glorious struggle process of our Party and a large number of touching examples,profoundly explained the means of"not forgetting the initial heart and keeping in mind the mission"by the glorious struggle process of our Party and a large number of moving examples.He said that the profound truth of"not forgetting the initial heart and keeping in mind the mission"is to keep in mind the lofty ideals of communism,firmly adhere to the common ideals of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and move forward step by step towards a better future and the highest ideals.We should adhere to the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,constantly lead the people to create a happier and better life,always maintain the spirit of struggle of the Chinese Communists at the time of Party building,and always maintain the spirit of never-ending state of mind and never-ending struggle posture.Comrade Zhou Xu emphasized that we should grasp the key points and highlight the actual effect,carry out the reform of academic research and inspection throughout the whole process of thematic education,strictly implement the leadership responsibility,carry out work creatively,adhere to high standards and strict requirements,vigorously guard against formalism,and strive for tangible results in thematic education.Comrade Zhou Xu demanded that we should be not afraid of committing and take the responsibility initiatively,stand at the new historical starting point of capital investment promotion,keep in mind the original mission,and strive to open up a new situation of capital investment promotion with the attitude of striving day and night and making great efforts.Comrade Zhou Xu also put forward requirements for the further development of the Party's self-revolution in the new era by studying and implementing the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the 15th collective study of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee.
