According to the relevant regulations of the Beijing Military Demobilized Cadre Resettlement Service Center to receive and resettle demobilized military cadres, the relevant affairs concerning the interview of the Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau on receiving and resetting demobilized cadres in 2018 are as follows:  

ⅠPositon settlement of Demobilized Cadres  

In 2018, our bureau set up four positions to receive demobilized cadres. The bureau’s office will receive two demobilized cadres (including one regimental cadre), and the Beijing Foreign Investment Enterprise Service Center will receive two demobilized cadres. The list of interviewees for each position is shown in Annex 1. If a candidate quits the interview, others will be replenished in the same order according to the scores of the written exams of each position. The replenished candidates will not be announced separately. Please refer to the telephone notification.  

ⅡInterview Related Work Arrangements of Demobilized Cadres   

The interview work for the 4 positions by our bureau is scheduled to be held on September 20th. The specific time and place will be announced separately. Please remain vigilant.

Ⅲ Calculation Method of Comprehensive Results  

The comprehensive scores are calculated by the unified written test and interview results. The written test accounts for 50% of the comprehensive scores; the interview score is 100 points, accounting for 50% of the overall score. The interview is self-determinated by our bureau, which mainly examines the comprehensive ability of the candidate's working experience, performance experience and coordination.  

ⅣDetermine the Candidates  

After the interview, we shall comprehensively determine the resettlement of the candidates according to the comprehensive scores of the written test and interview in combination with the requirements of the relevant positions. The work of inspection, physical examination and file reading will be notified separately.
