What are the 300 key items?  

The so-called "three hundred" key projects, that is, Beijing focused on promoting in 2019 "100 infrastructure, 100 people's livelihood improvement and 100 high-quality industrial projects."  

First, 100 strategic strong, related to the overall and long-term development of major infrastructure projects. In that year, it was planned to complete the construction of an investment of about 53.8 billion yuan. These include:  

(1) Beijing Daxing International Airport Project.

Second, 100 strong functional, vital interests of the people's livelihood improvement projects. In that year, it was planned to complete the construction of an investment of about 47.5 billion yuan. These include:

(11) 20 educational projects, focusing on the first phase construction project of Tongzhou New Campus of Renmin University of China, Beijing School, etc.  

(12)25 medical projects, focusing on the implementation of the relocation of the Beijing Stomatological Hospital, the extension of the second phase of the Huilongguan District, the Hospital of the Tiantan Hospital, and so on.

(16) 19 greening projects, with emphasis on the implementation of urban green center landscaping project, Wenyu River Park Chaoyang demonstration area and so on.  

(17) eight projects to upgrade facilities and public spaces for the people, focusing on upgrading Xidan Cultural Plaza and upgrading community public spaces in Hujiayuan District, etc.  

Third, 100 highly driven, leading and leading high-precision industrial projects. An investment of about $23 billion was planned to be completed in that year, mainly including:

Building a batch of suburban boutique hotels  

Ecological protection and green development of ecological conservation areas. Including "100 Village demonstration, 1000 Village renovation" project, construction of a number of suburban boutique hotels; Winter Olympic Games, Winter Paralympic Games venues and infrastructure construction; Beijing-Zhang Railway, Yanzong high-speed traffic and so on.  

Planning and Construction of Lize City Terminal Building

The Xiaomi Internet Electronics Industrial Park and other major industrial projects and other projects have accelerated the construction of new types of infrastructure, such as 5G and industrial Internet, and accelerated the completion and commissioning of projects such as the integrated circuit production lines in the north of the core and Yandong. Promote BOE flexible screen, Mercedes-Benz new energy vehicles, "drone town" and other projects to the ground.  

Preparation for the construction of 50,000 rental housing units (interval)  

We will build a long-term mechanism for steady and healthy development of the real estate market. This year, we will raise 50, 000 rental housing units and 60, 000 policy-owned housing units through multi-channel construction, and complete the transformation of 11500 shantytown areas. The supply of land for residential use should not be less than 1200 hectares, with more than 50 percent completed in the first half of the year and no less than 55 percent of the supply of land for construction in stock.  

How much does the project cost? 235.4 billion yuan!  

In 2019, Beijing key projects are expected to complete investment of about 235.4 billion yuan, Jianan investment of about 124.3 billion yuan (of which social investment of about 87.4 billion yuan). Among them, a total of 177 projects involving 15 action plans and major construction tasks involving urban sub-centers, southern urban areas, and "Huitian" areas were planned to complete investment of 101.4 billion yuan, or 82 percent, that year.  

From these 300 key projects, sorted out the need to focus on the financing needs of 47 projects, the year planned to invest about 32.3 billion yuan, the short-term financing needs of about 143.2 billion yuan.  

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) introduced that the relevant departments will establish a special coordination mechanism, and use good key project financing and docking mechanism to encourage and guide the financial institutions to participate extensively in the fields of infrastructure improvement, public service promotion, ecological environment optimization and industrial high-end. The construction fund balance mode can be jointly researched in the early stage of the project.
