The overall development environment and coordinated development of industries of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (hereinafter referred to as BDA), an engine accelerating the construction of "Two Zones" (namely the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening up the Services Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone), are highly appreciated by foreign enterprises.

BDA encourages its existing foreign enterprises to increase investment and expand production , endeavors to attract new ones, ceaselessly improves the services provided for foreign enterprises, and optimizes the business environment for them, adopting a series of policies simultaneously to sustain and attract foreign investment and stabilize the fundamentals of foreign investment and trade.

According to statistics, from this January to August, the paid-in foreign investment of BDA is USD 600 million, an increase of 52.8% year-on-year. With the restructuring of industrial chain and the unblocking of domestic circulation, especially the acceleration of the building of "Two Zones", BDA has emerged as a policy pacesetter in the whole Beijing municipality and even in the entire country. The constant optimization in its business environment and industrial eco-system has provided favorable conditions for the development of foreign enterprises.  

Looking forward, BDA will  strive to introduce leading enterprises, foreign hidden champions and unicorn companies in each industry, enhance the communication with foreign institutions in China as well as Chinese and foreign chambers of commerce, and implement the incentive measures for attracting businesses in order to stimulate the vigor in foreign investment attraction. Besides, it will leverage the role of overseas workstations to establish overseas investment attraction platforms, reach out to more investors, cooperate with them in the field of technology and attract a batch  of foreign enterprises.
