Per capita disposable income increased 8.3 year-on-year in the first quarter of 2019

Among them,the per capita wage income of urban residents was 11583 yuan,an increase of 8.8 percent over the same period last year;the per capita net operating income was 294 yuan,up 2.4 percent from the same period last year;and the per capita net income of property was 2953 yuan,up 3.8 percent from the same period last year.Net transfer income per capita was 3624 yuan,up 11.0 percent from the same period last year.  

Statistical scope of household income and expenditure and living conditions survey,collection channels and interpretation of main indicators  

I.scope of statistics  

The subjects of the household survey are households in the people's Republic of China,including both urban and rural households,as well as households living in the form of families and collective households.The survey subjects were determined according to their permanent residence,including households with local households as well as those with households outside Hong Kong,but those who resided locally for a period of more than half a year,usually for a period of more than half a year.The scope of cities and towns is defined as the area of"towns"in the regulation on the statistical division of urban and rural areas,and the area of rural areas defined as"rural areas"in the"provisions on the statistical division of urban and rural areas".  

II.Collection channels  

Household survey uses journal and questionnaire to collect basic data.Among them,residents'cash income and expenditure,real income and expenditure are mainly collected by the way of accounting.Household members and labor force employment,housing and durable goods ownership,household operation and production investment,basic situation of community and other conditions of people's livelihood were collected by questionnaire.  

III.Interpretation of major statistical indicators  

Disposable income:the sum of final consumer expenditure and savings available to the survey household during the survey period,that is,the income that the survey household can use freely.Disposable income includes both cash and physical income.According to the source of income,disposable income includes four items:wage income,net operating income,net income from property and net income from transfer.The formula is:  

Disposable income=wage income operating net income net property income transfer net income  

Net income:net income derived from financial assets,non-financial assets such as housing and natural resources owned by a household or household member at the disposal of other institutional units,households or individuals,and after deducting the associated expenses.Net income does not include a premium on transfer of ownership of assets,which should be included in"non-income".  

Net transfer income:refers to all kinds of recurrent transfer payments made by the state,units and social organizations to households and the transfer of recurrent income between households,in the deduction of the survey household to the state or unit,The net income of the household or individual after regular or obligatory transfer payments.
