In 2018, the city's new commercial housing area of 23.211 million square meters, year-on-year decline of 6.2. The completed area of commercial housing in the city is 15.579 million square meters, an increase of 6.2 percent over the same period last year. Of these, the completed floor space for residential buildings was 7.312 million square meters, an increase of 21. 1 square meters; for office buildings, 2.499 million square meters, down 22. 2 square meters; for commercial business buildings, 1.628 million square meters, down 2. 5 square meters.

In 2018, the city's commercial housing sales area of 6.962 million square meters, a decrease of 20.4. In 2018, the city's real estate development enterprises put in place funds for 572.67 billion yuan, down 18. 1%. Among them, the domestic loan was 165.71 billion yuan, down 14.9 yuan; the self-financing was 153.49 billion yuan, down 11.4 yuan; the deposit and advance payment was 204.98 billion yuan, down 14.9 yuan.
