In the 1 quarter of 2018, the per capita disposable income of low-income farmers in our city was 3451 yuan, an increase of 452 yuan over the same period last year, an increase of 15.1%.  

First, the policy focus should be made to push the rapid growth of transfer income.  

The per capita net income of the low-income farmers was 1627 yuan, and the proportion of the disposable income was 47.1%, which increased by 23.4%, and the contribution rate to the growth of disposable income was up to 68.4%. On the one hand, in the second half of 2017, the municipal government issued ten measures to increase income in the 1 quarter of this year, especially in the 1 quarter of this year. The new policies such as standard, reduction and exemption of the basic medical insurance premium paid by low income farmers, and the "two sections" of the low insured households' condolences to the subsidy standards have been improved.  

Two, absorb employment through multiple channels, and promote the steady growth of wage income.  

The per capita wage income of low-income farmers was 1459 yuan, and the proportion of the disposable income was 42.3%, 10.4% and 30.5% for the growth of disposable income. Since 2017, the municipal departments have increased employment posts through post subsidies, social insurance subsidies, skills training, the base of disability and increase in income and the placement of public welfare posts, and the employment of 14669 people in the low income labor force. Among them, 8985 of the low income labor force in public welfare posts has been added, which has greatly promoted the wages. Income growth.  

Three, land transfer will accelerate, and property income will continue to grow.  

The net income per capita of low income farmers was 271 yuan, and the proportion of the disposable income was 7.9%, 11.5% and 6.2% for the growth of disposable income. In 2018, the city will add 230 thousand mu of afforestation area, and land transfer income will continue to be a bright spot for low-income farmers to increase their income.
